Our surveyors are an integral part of our management team resulting in a personal knowledge of your premises and occupants so the lease can be implemented with the greatest diplomacy and ease. This means greater efficiency and reduced costs. The client and tenants can deal directly with the supervisor of works, and their professional expertise first hand. This department also provides a backup for the day to day maintenance ensuring minor repairs are done both properly and cost effectively.

We can also provide valuation services for our clients for insurance, open market value and leasehold interests. Surveys are undertaken by experienced surveyors and due to our day to day management we have an intimate knowledge of the properties allowing us to tailor programmes of work for our clients.
