Hillgate Management, is run by an enthusiastic proactive team headed up by senior professional staff with over forty years experience in property management. We build good working relationships with our clients to provide a solid, professional management service and we always react quickly to solve any problems that might arise. We feel that being a smaller specialised team means we are more able to focus on the quality of service dedicated to our clients and their needs. We care about what we do and we like to feel our clients know that we will always do our utmost to look after them. We have specialist knowledge of mansion block management as well as purpose built and new build development.

Our offices are located in the heart of Notting Hill and as such we are close at hand to ensure our services are running efficiently and we can always respond promptly to any emergencies. Our clients always have access to the directors of the firm and all our staff are involved in the day to day management of all the properties in our portfolio. There is always someone available for you to speak to. We are hands on and pride ourselves on maintaining regular site visits to the properties we manage, as well closely overseeing any building works which are undertaken.

You enquired about Company Secretarial duties: If your building freehold is owned by a Freehold Management Company or is a RTM (Right to manage) company you will be registered on companies house and will have certain obligations to fulfil. These include filing the companies end of year accounts, appointing/removing Directors, conducting and passing resolutions and as required holding and minuting Annual General Meetings or Extra General Meetings. We can manage this on your behalf if desired for a single cost of £600/annum + VAT.
