Hillgate Management has now formed from what was formally Chelsea Property Management. We remain at our offices on Hillgate Street in Notting Hill Gate and as well as updating the name we are looking to update our practice with up-to-date property management software, which will allow us to work more efficiently and quickly for our clients. We have a new look and website which gives you more information about our company and the industry, and working under the ARMA regulations of which we are currently associates to ensure we are striving for the highest standards in residential property management.

The Hillgate Management team are young and ambitious but backed by solid experience in the industry. Our ethos remains to operate a personal, practical and proficient service. We are one of only a handful of independent residential property management company’s operating in London. This means we can provide a more personal service for our clients that caters to their needs. It gives our clients someone at the end of the phone or email to deal with directly when issues arise. Intimate knowledge of the properties in our portfolio allows us to act in a common-sense way to avoid unnecessary costs for our clients.

I as the Founder and Managing Director am a qualified charter surveyor for over 40 years and have been working in residential property management for nearly 30 years and am looking forward to heading Hillgate management retaining most of the Chelsea Property Management team.

Head of Property Management Rodney Belgrave is seasoned veteran in the property management industry he joins us from Arcadis Asset Management where he was head of Block Management. Rodney brings a wealth of knowledge over his impressive career to ensure that the our properties are completely compliant with current regulations as well as a hands on approach to management.

Charles Matthews is our junior surveyor qualified at UWE and soon becomes fully qualified chartered surveyor as part of RICS, I have been working with him now for 5 years and he knows our portfolio inside and out and will be in charge of most of our major works.

Ben Stevenson operates as part of the property management team. A graduate from Leeds University he brings a fresh approach to the company and is keen to get systems in place so we can be as proactive as possible to try and foresee problems before they arise.

Jessica Markham, property manager for us is fantastic at the day-to-day management, solving problems quickly and dealing directly with our clients so they are kept abreast of developments and can be assured issues are in hand.

Hayley Putnam, Head of Accounts is absolutely integral in the management of buildings and her efficiency and dedication gives us a solid foundation from which to operate. She began her career at Chelsea property Management before joining Facts International Ltd before re-joining in a senior role at Hillgate Management.

Georgina O’Neill is the point of call for accounts related questions and administration between the properties we manage and backs up Hayley as part of the accounts team.

We believe this new leaf will be beneficial to our clients and the properties we manage as we look forward to 2017 and beyond…

You enquired about Company Secretarial duties: If your building freehold is owned by a Freehold Management Company or is a RTM (Right to manage) company you will be registered on companies house and will have certain obligations to fulfil. These include filing the companies end of year accounts, appointing/removing Directors, conducting and passing resolutions and as required holding and minuting Annual General Meetings or Extra General Meetings. We can manage this on your behalf if desired for a single cost of £600/annum + VAT.

Our managment fee for your building in would be

£- + VAT
