This includes budgeting, billing, accounts preparation, paying suppliers, credit control and preparation of the end of year accounts and is carried out by our in house accounts team headed by Vijay Bhatti. All of our accounts are independently audited by RICS. We can add to this service, for example with the preparation of subsidiary accounts (perhaps for a parallel freehold owning company), PAYE services, operating deposit accounts etc.
